Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The nicest thing about couchsurfing is the cross-cultural connection it brings! I also love how it connects travelers from our 'two realities': home and on the road. It allows travelers to get an idea of what it's really like to live in a place (instead of seeing it only from a tourist's perspective), while at the same time allowing the hosts to get a bit of that traveling feeling without leaving home.

I mostly listen to (older) hiphop and rock but I can appreciate just about every genre. Exchanging playlists with new people is among my favorite parts of traveling :)
