Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

A word has always caught my attention : yes. Because yes means "ok let's go!", "we don't know but no problem, let's see!", "Why not? It sounds great!"...Yes means yes to the world. Yes means do not be afraid of what you don't know, but go to, explore, discover, discuss, laugh, speak your mind and share your experiences.

That's why I am on Couchsurfing : traveling not only is visiting but is sharing beautiful moments, saying yes :)

Algo increíble que he hecho

I'm not sure if it's an extraordinary adventure but to me it is. On April 2017 in NYC, US, my mother, my brother and I went back to our appartment and as always we waited for the bus, at night. But this night there were works then roads were closed. And so the bus we used to take stopped at another place, but we didn't know which. It was a critical moment because we didn't know how to come back to our appartment except walking hours and hours. We didn't have money to take a taxi as we leaved the next morning.
I asked a women if she knew where but she didn't know too. Then she said we would take a taxi. Unfortunately, we didn't have money anymore 'cause we leaved the next day and as we are french we have euros and not dollars. She said no problem she had to take it anyway. Moreover, she stopped the taxi exactly at the stop where we could take our bus. Of course we were very embarrassed by such kindness. A year later when we speak about our trip, we can't but think again and again of this incredible moment of kindness and humanity. That's why to me it's an extraordinary adventure because it's an extraordinary human adventure and that's what matters : share beautiful moments with beautiful people.
