I like to practice the exercise of seeing. My keenest senses are tact and smell, and this combines a lot with travel, with the opportunity to meet new people, new cultures, new ways of looking. I am a plastic artist and currently live in the city of Porto in Portugal, in the adventure of living a new-old continent. I am adaptable and sensitive to places and people, so I am flexible and and I can feel how to be in each space.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really enjoy knowing other realities and fleeing from the super tourist options. I strongly believe that the true beauty and particularities of each place are in everyday life, and in couchsurfing I see this possibility of experiencing the places in the simplest and truest manner possible.

If in your language there is a translation for Grande Sertão: Veresas, by the Brazilian writer Guimarães Rosa please read. And the book that changed my way of seeing and being is called Cartographies of the Desire of Felix Guattarri in company of Suely Rolnik.
