Overview
About Me
I am the oldest of 7, raised by my red-headed Irish-Catholic parents in Northern Kentucky. I joined the U.S. Army to pay for my university studies, and was an officer in the corps of Engineers for 5 years. I finished my contract and quit in December to begin my travels!

Movies: Ferris Buellers day off, Gladiator, Shawshank Redemption
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I completed a 16 day trek through the Himalayas, climbing to 5100 meters at the highest point.
I commanded 30 Soldiers for a year for lots of big training exercises. (Luckily I never deployed to combat.)
I was on my college boxing team.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can offer lots of genuine curiosity and questions, and a fun personality. I'm super clean, which is a quality that stuck with me from being in the Army. I enjoy jogging around new areas, yoga, chess and good conversation if you'd like to join me in any of these activities.
