Hello, my name is Branimira Penić and I'm from Karlovac, Croatia.

At the moment I'm working in Youth centre in Karlovac where I'm mainly preparing and implementing workshops, events, and projects with and for young people. Currently I'm working on Job Club for Youth as a project manager, but I'm working on bunch of a stuff at the same time. I'm a mentor for EVS/ESS volunteers and I really enjoy the whole experience. So, I would like to call myself a youth worker.

What I'm interested most in is active participation of young people, (especially in rural areas), youth work in Croatia, civic education and youth policy. I'm interested in education in total, as my profession is closely connected to the education (pedagogist).

Also, I worked with a young people from alternative care institutions on following topics: volunteerism, developing soft skills, preparing for leaving alternative care institutions, prevention of violence. That is one of my favorite work experience so far.

I'm active in preparing projects under Erasmus + programme. I'm in love with Erasmus + programme - it was life changing experience that started two years ago and it is still on, shaping my reality in awesome ways.

I have an amazing team that I work with - their ideas, support, energy and awesomeness are foundation of my work efficiency and motivation. Without them, there is no me.

I love to read, draw, walk with my dogs, volunteer, travel and discover other people's amazing and unique life stories.

P.S. I host only for one night, because that is how much of my time I can offer to my guests. Also because I live with my cousin and I think of her free time too.

I have a place to offer, I like meeting new people, I want to do something new (bucket list thingy) and maybe earn some extra carmic points.
