I'm all over the place musically, everything but country and rap. Movies: I love a good drama or action, comedy if it's done well. I read historical fiction and books about spirituality. I'm a biohacking geek, so anything anatomy, neuro, bio gives me goosebumps. Fascinated with Feldenkrais (Awareness through Movement) in a program to learn it (3 year program.)

I love learning about how the body moves, why we have certain pain patterns and how to undo them. Sharing this knowledge with others is thrilling. We love to hike, salsa and share experiences. We also love board games (Settlers of Catan), so that may be on the agenda if you are game and depending on who is home at the house at the time.

Personally, I love to talk about how the body moves and why. I have great resources and a wealth of information regarding movement and pain patterns . Positive energy, fellowship and friendship.
