I have a love-hate realationship with airplanes. I love to fly, but i am 1.97 cm tall and the enviromental empact is a bit on the way to high side.

At the moment i listen to a lot of different music. Bombay Bicycle Club, Seeed, Kings of Leon, Eminem, All the luck in the world, Marvin Gaye, Scott Bradlee´s PMJ, The Minds of 99, and the list just keeps going.

Im not picky when it comes to movies, though i dont prefere horror films.

I read mostly non-fiction informative books, but a good story can still sneak in somewhere.

Teach: Danish cooking and a bit of food science, behavioral design and light/sound tech.

Learn: Cooking from your country, your country´s history in relation to the rest of the world.
