After not nearly enough travelling I am now studying psychology. I am doing my masters at the University of Basel but I live in Freiburg, so I can give you lots of recommendations for both cities :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Great way to meet new people and really immerse myself in a culture as opposed to just being a tourist.

As a host it's a way to combat the evergrowing wanderlust by meeting cool people.

I can talk to you in German and English (+ a few words of Mandarin Chinese and Norwegian), I can tell you a lot about Germany and German culture, I will have long conversations with you, I love singing and playing the ukulele.
I love cooking and will happily cook with you as well.

What I Can Share with Hosts

Fairly decent cooking skills, decent singing voice (love to make music and jam!), horrible dancer but love to hop around to glorious trash music, I have a great talent for forgetting any great joke anyone has ever told me so I'll definitely laugh at all of yours
