Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couchsurfing is totally in line with how I prefer to travel. Trying not only to observe a country or a culture, but really experience it. This doesn't have to be a life changing cultural exchange. A game of chess or backgammon at home, a beer at the balcony or a night out is just fine :)
