I am a 22 year old Economics student at Yildiz Technical University in Istanbul. I have lived in South Africa for 8 years but right now, I am back in my home in Istanbul. I am a friendly person who is open to different views and opinions. I don’t judge people but rather learn about them and explore their way of living. I love to hosting people in my home and I can give them tips on travelling in Istanbul. If they want and it suits my timetable, I can show them around and take out for food and drinks in the coolest places of Istanbul.

I have completed my Erasmus exchange program in Granada, Spain from February until July. It was an amazing experience meeting people from different countries and cultures. I stayed with two hosts, one in Barcelona and one in Madrid. They had helped me a lot and I had a great time. I was inspired by them and I would love to host travellers as well and help them out.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to travel the world, see new places and meet new people. It’s not very easy for me to travel right now due to Covid-19 so instead I would love to host people from different countries and hear about their experiences.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share my travelling and Erasmus experiences. I can also help travellers learn some Turkish and give some local tips of travelling in Istanbul. Let’s not forget about the Turkish food I can cook as well :)
