At the moment I'm doing a gap year as a volunteer in India. I'm living in a hostfamily near Kundapura in Karnataka. After working in a sea turtle project and creating awareness among this important animal, I'm joined a project to educate children that cannot go to school. I'm enjoying my year in India very much, mostly because I gain so many new experiences and learn a lot about myself and the world.

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Originally my boyfriend and his sister told me a lot about their experiences with couch surfing during their travel to India and back. I really like the idea of getting to know other parts of the world through getting to know people who are living there and who want to share their view and experience about this place. In my opinion it is one of the most important things to learn about different places around the world, different people, different ways of living and different thoughts, in order to live together in a peaceful world.

The ocean, marine biology, scuba diving and similar things as I want to study marine biology; playing the guitar; getting to know other parts of the world, travelling there, getting to know the people; cooking; reading....
