I am a 23 years old french student and I am actually doing an internship in Paris.
I just came back from 3 months in the States and 5 months in Germany.
I grew up in the south of France (Nice, Marseille, St-raphaël) which I strongly advise to visit (I can recommend some places ;) ).

I started travelling abroad 1 year ago, I got hosted a lot by people from my engineering school and also found really cool hostels where I met a lot of travelers like me.

And when I see the list of visited countries from the profiles there I feel like I have a lot to catch up! :)

I joined Couchsurfing because it is an incredible way to see the life of the locals from the inside and create strong bonds with people from all over the world.

I also think that the couchsurfing concept is an incredible idea that facilitates and enriches our adventures, especially when what what you're searching is not comfort but experiences!

Plus I wouldn't be able to travel that much if it wasn't for my network or hostels.
