My name is Estella and I'm from Finland 🇫🇮 My semester as an exchange student in South-Korea has come to an end now and it's time to travel in Asia before going back to Finland!

I study communications and enjoy such activities as hiking and ice swimming. In contrast I think that there's nothing better than a good book and a cup of tea on a chilly autumn evening.

I'm curious to meet new people and learn about new cultures - my thirst for knowledge is endless. I would describe myself as an easygoing, curious, and warm person.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiked Soraksan and took part in a Buddhist temple program. Stayed up all night and watched the sun rise from the horizon.

Also one time when I was traveling Southern France I semi-spontaneously spent a few nights on the mountains in a barn (sheep as my neighbours) 'cause that was the cheapest accommodation available. Turned out to be one of the greatest experiences of my life.
