I’m a final year medical student, an animal whisperer and the image that you see of me here is my alter ego. I’m totally into fashion, singing and taking photos (but mostly I prefer being the one in front of the camera)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I wanna emerge out of my recluse shell, coz honestly I’ve been a hermit for too long and it’s time to break that comfort bubble called solitude. There’s a lot of works that need to be done on my ambiverted self.

Simply put, I just wanna make friends and hoping that friendship will last for a lifetime.

Music: I have no specific preferences. But gotta say I’m proud of my Spotify playlist! I listen to basically all kind of genres; from the softest ones as instrumental music to deafening ones like heavy metal.

Movies: The Boondock Saints, Limitless, The Shawshank Redemption, Leon the Professional, Fight Club, The Grand Budapest, Ratatouille, Amélie etc.

TV Series: Game of Thrones, Sherlocks, The Man In The High Castle, Westworld, Black Mirror, Stranger Things, The Night Manager, Jessica Jones, Daredevils, Legion, Brooklyn 9-9, Rick and Morty, Weeds, Anne with An “E”, La Casa De Papel, Las Chicas Del Cable etc.

Books: Snow Flower and The Secret Fan, Auschwitz: A Doctor’s Eyewitness Account, The Hundred-Year-Old Man Who Climbed Out the Window and Disappeared, Harry Potter, The Memoirs Of A Geisha, The Alchemist, The Kite Runner etc.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

1) Rode a hot air balloon (500m above the ground) and went to Derinkuyu underground city which is 85m deep in Cappadocia.

Imagine not walking on the ground like you normally do but instead flying inside a giant bucket in the air and feeling claustrophobic/adrenaline rush inside the Earth

2) Going for a road trip across 3/4 of Java Island for two weeks during my 6th visit to Indonesia (I went there 7 times)

3) Sliding through the glacier cave on Mount Titlis (Engelberg) in Switzerland. Being the skinny girl I am, I had to wear 5 layers of clothes lol

4) Climbed Mount Sinai. Never thought I would be the first few people in my group to be on top
