Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As a student you don't have a lot of money, so I am a big friend of couchsurfing, especially because of the cultural exchange. The best memories are connected with people; not with things.

Music, Movies, and Books

I almost listen to everything. Two years ago I joined an ERASMUS - exchange of my school. So I had the possibility to go to Huelva in Spain. I found some great new friends, and found a new favourite band: Morat. Generally I listen a lot to Spanish musicians, pop songs, a bit of hippie-music and classic.

I read a lot. My favourite authors are Astrid Lindgren, Cornelia Funke, Frederik Backman, John Green, Jojo Moyes and J.K. Rowling.
Of course, my favourite movie is Harry Potter!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Every scout summer camp is amazing, but my favourite was the one in Denmark.
Because we didn't find someone who wanted to host us, we slept under the stars at the sea and the next evening in a church.

Teach, Learn, Share

At the Scouts I've learned how to build up tents, make fire on your own, make knots and so much important stuff. I want to learn more about different cultures, people and myself. If I travel, I always get to know that I am just a little needle of so many people around the world and this is something you can forget very fast. Travelling teaches me that I am not the most important person for the world, but for myself. And that it is my choice whether I want to take the things positive or negative.

I am a very liberal person. I just love making memories together or exchanging experiences. I am open minded and friendly. Just enjoy the time you have.
