- A college senior student double majoring in Chinese Language and Economics.
- I'm half Korean, half Chinese, which basically means I speak Korean and Mandarin Chinese fluently.
- Studied in the US for 1 year as an exchange student. Still learning English!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I used Airbnb last year during my solo trip for 2 months.
It literally costed my fortune. i WISH I HAD KNOWN THIS WEBSITE EARLIER so that i might've saved some money and budged well.

Solo travelers deserve admiration and they need some helps from local people.
I think it'd be fun to listen to their travel stories and be friends with them.

I have too many favorite music and movies to share, depending on my personal need.

I listen to pop music when I'm in a good mood.
I listen to piano or guitar music while studying and trying to concentrate.
I listen to old-fashioned Spanish songs such as Gasolina when I feel like something exotic.
I listen to fast-paced songs while lifting weights.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I finished my solo trip across two continents for 66 days.

May 10, 2017 - May 20: The East Coast of the US (Washington D.C, Philly, and NYC)
May 21, 2017 - July 14: more than 30 cities in 12 European countries
(the U.K, France, Belgium, Netherlands, Germany, Czech, Austria, Hungary, Greece, Italy, Switerzland, Spain)

What I Can Share with Hosts

Currently, I'm living in a single room that is only 1 stop away from Myeong-dong Station(Myeong-dong Station is a station on the Seoul Subway Line 4), a typical tourist place for shopping for clothes, beauty products and etc.

Where I live is also close to Dongdaemun, where you can find a lot of shopping malls and stores.

I'd like to give you some recommendations for Korean food based on your personal preference.
Some useful tips that you must be aware of will be provided.
ex) how not to get ripped off...
