First of all….not here for dating

Born in New Zealand, raised in Iceland ..kiwi /viking hybrid 😁 Fluent in icelandic and english. Independant mother of three. My kids are mostly grown up now, I work as an physiotherapy asssistant, working with and training kids and teenagers with disabilities and elderly people with parkinsons disease. I love my job and look forward to each day with all these amazing people! I’m also involved in volunteer work for the red cross in Iceland, both in refugee programs and have a place in the task force for setting up shelters in case of natural disasters or large scale accidents.
I’m also heading a project for the city , training adults with disabilities living in group homes in Reykjavik
I try to be the best possible version of myself everyday, i have a passion for life and all the amazing things i have experienced and am always looking forward to the next great moment.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Me and the kids have enjoyed making new friends from around the world . Couchsurfing has been an awesome experiance, i have met so many amazing people and made good friends along the way. I am forever thankful to have this opportunity to widen my perspective of life and learn new things about so many different cultures.

兴趣

Love hiking, being out in nature is one of the best things i can imagine. Enjoy to write and draw, spending time with friends and family, travelling here and abroad. Love a good workout, Usually i go to my gym 5-7 times a week for a good workout routine and also got my degree as an international personal trainer so working out is a big part of my life .
Looove tattoos.. i have a few myself and waiting to get more..
Love going to little concerts around town, love happy hour with friends and of course my favorite thing, to meet people from all around the world, hear their stories and share mine.

love to learn about diffrent cultures, Can teach about my culture and maby some icelandic words for those who dare 😊 always up for sharing the great city of Reykjavík with new friends if i have the time. Intrested in learning spanish so if you are spanish speaking i would love to learn from you.
Also love hiking and try to go as often as i can , we have many trails in the Reykjavík area and i always love to have company.

My culture and language,and my past experiances, i’m a easy going and open person and will respect your home, share everything i can and help around the house when needed. I also belive that a positive attitude can make every situation a better one, you will always see me with a smile,
