Hey there, I am Isabella! 🤟🤟🤟

I’ve deleted my old couch surfing profile a while ago, because I was in a life phase where I didn’t really use it anymore. Now I am back on this platform because me and Max (the person in the pictures) are traveling the States together! Radical honesty: we have a very low budget and want to keep the costs for our trip low by hitchhiking, wild camping and of course couchsurfing, yeay! On the other hand we are really curious about meeting people who can give us some impressions of the everyday life in the USA. If you want to share ur apartment with us we would love to hang out and do stuff together. But no pressure! If you want to offer a place where we can stay but you are more in an introvert phase right now, it’s also totally fine. Max and me are both sensitive when it comes to social interactions, I would say, and we are always down to communicate needs and boundaries in a very clear way✨🌈

So here are some informations about us, to give you an impression:

🚀 I am 26 years old and grew up in Munich, Germany, but I live in Vienna for 6 years now. I just looooove this city and I think I will stay there even longer. The last years I was pretty occupied with my studies. I study Psychology in masters degree and also Gender Studies masters degree by now. I love my studies and I am kind of a nerd when it comes to these subjects I would say. After I finish my studies I plan to be a therapist in the field of relationship and sexuality. Since I was pretty busy the last years I didn’t have time for bigger trips, I got just got on smaller vacations. When covid started I was in Cape Town to travel around, but had to go back real quick. In my last shared apartment we hosted couch surfers from time to time and it was always fun.

🚀 Max is 29, he grew up in Detmold and lived in different German Cities the last years ( Berlin, Stuttgart…). He also lives in Vienna since 4 years now. Max is studying Architecture in masters degree. Beside of that he works in a shelter for homeless people. Max spent more time on traveling in the last years than me. He has been to Marocco, the Philippines, France, Sweden, Australia, Vietnam and so on. If you are much into exchange travel experiences, I think you will have good talks with him. Max didn’t use couch surfing that much yet, he had this kind of experiences more in an offline way.

One last thing, that is really important to us: we have no tolerance on any kind of sexism, racism, ableism nor encroaching behavior and so on. I think you get my point.
