I'm 21 years old czech girl. Raised in small city near Prague - the capital city of Czech Republic. Currently I study med school on Charles University in Prague. I d describe myself as a curious person because I love exploring new places, cultures or trying different cuisines. I believe that travelling is enriching and we can get a lot of new experiences from it.
Despite traveling is one of my hobbies, I'm not really fan of expensive hotels. I prefer meeting local people and enjoying the city or another area with all it can provide. For about 9 years I was a Scout member so camping and traveling with big baggage on my back became a part of my life and its one of my hobbies.

I love nature and every little aspect of it and I think its easy to see the beauty in it whether it is rough nature with mountains and wind or the sea with calming waves and salty smell. I relate to that and feel safe when surrounded by it. That is probably one of the reason why I choose to study medicine school. Im curious about how everything works and of course - I like the idea of helping to people one day.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

As most of the people here I do love traveling and this is a way how to find accomodation way much easier. Also i d love to meet new friends from wherever around the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music is not really specific. I listen to different music according to mood that i have in the moment so I don t mind alternative music, jazz, indie rock.. it really doesn't matter to me.

The perks of being a wallflower is one of my favourite movies and also as a book it's perfect. I love poetry but not just the romantic poems - I prefer decadence époque especially poems of Charles Baudelaire, Paul Verlaine...

Basically I just listen/read to what I like in the moment and it depends on how I feel:)

It is difficult to remember some good movie when someone asks so Im not sure what should I mention now... I prefer films that are interesting in its visual part - "more artsy ones" Now I can think just about Amelie from Montmartre and Girl interrupted

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This summer I walk Camino from Porto to Santiago de Compostela. I walked about 300 kilometers and it was amazing! Definitely the biggest experience in my life so far and also my first bigger trip abroad alone, just with my backpack.
