Overview
About Me
CS has given me unforgettable memories. I wish more people participated in it and that through being exposed to new cultures and ideas the world would become better.
I'm super open-minded, there are probably not many ideas or things that I would straight up reject without thinking them through. I love trying new things may it be jumping off of a high place, listening to new music, some nerdy tabletop game, shooting guns. I also love meeting new people may it be for talking, competing or dancing together.
When I'm alone, I mostly do sports (running/training), play the piano (my current favorite is Debussy), tinker with some 3d printed stuff, enjoy a museum (mostly paintings of the second half of the millenia) or simply go for a hike. Also I'm passionate about espresso, so if you visit me, be prepared for some delicious coffee. My other big passion is martial arts, mostly grappling. I'm basically down any time of the day under any circumstances to wrestle or to teach the basics.
I'm happy to host, whenever I have time (which is sadly not often, because of my work).
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I once played "never have I ever", and I realized that there were too many rounds where I couldn't drink. Decided to change that!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: my favorite band is Ghost, I generally enjoy rock, techno, goa, jazz some dnb. hip hop to some degree. my favorite song to play on the piano is Clair de Lune
Movies: just too many but here are a few of my favorites: Inception, Sicario, About Time, Lord of the Rings
Books: The Dark Tower series from Stephen King. Those books left some deep marks.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Sober November:
for 4 weeks no drugs at all (and I mean all drugs including coffee, sugar, nicotine etc...) also no YouTube, Instagram or anything like that.
Every day 100 situps, 100 pushups, 100 squats, 30 pullups, 5 km running, meditating
Teach, Learn, Share
With almost everyone there is a connection point. I find it fascinating if someone has a deep understanding of some topic, in which case I'm instantly interested in learning about their fascination. Also I'm glad to share my knowledge about martial arts, coffee, physics, countries, arts etc.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Respect for the person and property. I am grateful for my hosts and try to be as good a guest as I can be. I'll gladly help with chores, cooking and I'm also flexible so I plan my day around the schedule of my host.
