Hello,
I'm Karolina, I'm from Poland but I currently live in the UK with my host family. What you need to know about me is that I'm obsessed with music. I could spend hours talking about music, instruments, music production, mix, mastering and actually everything that is connected with it. I write my own songs and I'm in the process of creating my debut album, which makes me extremely excited.
I also love meeting new people, they inspire me.
I'm currently hoping to travel around the UK and see as many interesting places as possible.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I believe that meeting people is an essential part of travelling. I love to create unforgettable memories, which is much easier with Couchsurfing than a normal, boring stay in a hotel. I'm also looking forward to hosting other couchsurfers when I get back home to Poland.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love different types of music. I used to listen to heavy music in the past- Machine Head, Trivium, Lamb of God and so on... I'm not really into this kind as I was then but still, music is the most important part of life to me. Recently, I especially liked Polish alternative music. I found something more interesting than a disco polo that I honestly hate. I like Mela Koteluk, Monika Brodka, Artur Rojek, Daria Zawiałow, Piotr Rogucki and many others.

When it comes to films, I tolerate practically every genre, except horror movies. I am a big fan of the series, so if Netflix steals your time just like mine, we will definitely get along!

I don't read as much as I would like, but I like psychological books and detective stories. Most, however, I like to read books that force me into deeper reflections.
