Overview
About Me
I grew up in Romania in the city of Oradea (Nagyvárad for those few who speak Hungarian) but I moved to Debrecen (Debrețin) Hungary for to study at the local university. The uni itself what quite shite but I managed to live in Prague for a semester with Erasmus which hands down was the best time of my life so far. I graduated with a BSc diploma in 2019 and been working ever since as a programmer at NI. But at the time of writing this introduction I already handed HR my letter of resignation so who knows where I am at this point of time.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love traveling both nationally and internationally but I lack the funds to do it in a luxurious manner, I also like to meet people from different cultural backgrounds.
Music, Movies, and Books
I like four main genres of music: classical, folk, rock, and metal; and the combinations of these four.
Some of my favorite bands are: Solstafir, Haggard, Szabo Balazs Band, Agalloch, Opeth, Omega and so on.
Can't decide on a favorite but a movie that i love is: The Motorcycle Diaries.
Also I love Tolkien books, but Homage to Catalonia was nice too. Tbh it would help a lot if I'd read more then a book a year.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Going to Prague with Erasmus+ for half a year :D best experience of my life, and be warned I have a lot of pictures to show if you dare ask.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can teach all the languages that I know.
I can cook a killer Carbonara (If you are Italian I can cook a decent Carbonara with traditional ingredients).
Countries I’ve Visited
Estonia, Greece, Italy, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia
Countries I’ve Lived In
Czech Republic, Hungary, Romania
