Joyce was born in the south of the Netherlands (Zeeland) and grew up there and in Africa. She has since lived and worked in a number of different countries.

Raymond was born and grew up in Groningen, in the north - about 40 min. from where we now live.

We enjoy meeting different people and sharing a bit of life with them.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We have always travelled a lot and enjoy meeting new people where they live. It's the best way to travel.

J: Walked across the Zambezi river at the top of Victoria Falls

R: Helped set the Guinness World Record for the greatest number of Steam Rollers driven at the same time in an arena at the Great Dorset Steam Fair in the UK in 2013, with steamroller LEEN.
