I am currently touring Europe for the very first time with my colleague Kyaw using a Interrail-ticket. We are both from Myanmar (Burma), working in development cooperation (private Sector development, currently in the process of boosting the tourism sector of Myanmar). Before starting our Europe-tour, we already attended a summer academy in Berlin, and already got a first impression of Germany, which we liked a lot.

Now, as we are exploring Europe, we don’t only want to see cities and nature, but also get to know the people and culture of the places we visit. We therefore would be thrilled to have the chance to meet you in the Netherlands, Belgium, France, Spain or Italy!

We both like travelling, good food and making friends. We are communicative, easy-going, and eager to see many new faces and places in the next three weeks! Hoping to also welcome you one day in Myanmar!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

So far, we just explored Berlin, Düsseldorf and Amsterdam. Already in love with many beautiful things, plants and flowers. Wowed by the infrastructure. And happy to have had a chance to meet a few amazing people. Now we would be thrilled to meeting new people and friends on the road. And we heard that Couchsurfing is the place to be.
