About Me

Hi everybody! It's Maria Clotilde, but you can call me Mary, Tidde, Clo...
I'm a sardinian (italian) girl, people call me doctor, but I'm still not used to it! It's been few months that I have my degree and I'm trying to understand what my future will be, I'm just pretty sure I want to work with kids.
Even if 'til now my life's been for his biggest part with books I have few more interests that keep me alive:
-travelling! I've started as a child whit my parents and never stop since then, I've visited half of europe, and lived in Strasbourg (always in my heart) for one year. I'm a new backpacker! I feel like I've just started seeing this world.
-photography: with my new canon and thanks to some lessons I took, Iove seeing everything from a new point of view, capturing moments that could be otherwhise forgotten, or just keep beauty and watching it over nd over!
-sport: I do kind of crossfit training with a group of friends, I'm just at the beginning, but I'm really into it!
- writing: it's alway be "my art", going to reappropriating of it.
-music, I used to play piano, but even if I've forgot everything I still love it, and nothing touches me like a piano song. However I listen to lot of music, and the folk music is definetly one of my favourite.
- I name everything I own! Joséphine is my bike, Ginetta my succulent!
- Books, movies, theater, art, adventures, people... I feel averything and live for everything!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Well, I've lot of friends that spoke to me about that, I felt like it was my moment to enjoy the community! knowing new people, knowing new culture is the only thing I ask for my life.
I've lived abroad, I've met thousand of people from every part of the world and seeing how much we are different and similar at the same time amazes me everythime.

Music, Movies, and Books

I listen to folk music (look for that when travelling), rock, metal, country, bues, jazz, acually any good music!
I love Victor Hugo, for his capacity of knowing humans.
I always see less movies that I would like to!

Teach, Learn, Share

Do we really eat pasta everyday? Yes! Can I teach you? Of course!
Do we speak another language in Sardinia? Yes and I can say you some words!
Same goes for italian, or french or averything I may know!
If you want to talk I'm here! If you whato to listen I can really talk a lot!
I'm a preatty calm person but I like to say that I can feel in my veins the mediterranean happiness! I look forward to talk to you about this unknown sardinian culture, and I'm curious, really curious about your's!
I think that everytime you met someone there's an exchange and a change.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I will be really thankful with who will host me, I'me used to live alone, so I can take care of a house. Also I can cook! And let you taste the better dishes of that sun-blessed country!
If you would spend some time together I'd loved it, my favourite part of travels are not buldings but people!
Always there for a beer or a cafè ;)

And you will alway have a place in Sardinia to stay!
