EXPEPERIENCES & ACHIEVEMENTS:-
Mr. Budhi Parkash born in a very poor family in a small village, known as Khakhnal near by Manali town(aprox 10 kms). When born the resources of family was very limited.During Child hood they lives in a room with more than 6 family member. They got the primary education in Govt Primary School in same village & high school education in the simple Govt High Schools near by the native village. After high school they got their secondary education from D.A.V. Sr. Sec. School Chandigarh and get their graduate degree from Punjab University (Chandigarh).
After completion of the graduation they formed a society under the name of Green valley H/L & H/c weaver’s co-op society under the vision to generate the employment to rural artisan through DC (Handicraft) Ministery of Textiles New Delhi working in the area of Janjehali (In Distt. Mandi) & Nirmand (in Distt. Kullu). They worked this society and got a huge experience of socialism, marketing and generate so many links. Period of this activity was since 1998 to 2001.
In the mid of 2001 they started a home stay of five rooms and in the end of this year they succeed to get a license from Youth Hostels Assocaition of India a home away from home scheme, as their first licensee hostel for Manali Destination . In that consequence in 2004 International youth hostel federation London elected to Mr. Budhi Parkash for attending the international youth seminar on tourism in Singapore on the ground of best performance as license hostels in India. Out of twenty two licensees only two license holders were elected for this opportunity from India.

In the response of great publicity they inspire to enhance the capacity. So they started their enhancement project in the end of 2004 and capacity was enhanced from five to fifteen rooms. This property was converted from a Sarthak Youth Hostel Manali to Sarthak Resorts. They get their tourism registration from tourism department under the trade name of Sarthak Resorts in March,2005. Accordingly an era of success was started.
Since 2005 to 2009 the capacity was enhanced from Fifteen to Thirty Five rooms. An incensement of 120 % in a very short period of four years.Which was a tremendous increase in a very small period. It was the result of a great vision and hard work. In 2009 they formed a company under the name of Himachal Holidays Pvt. Ltd. In this vision to explore and encased more potential of the same sector. In this company they create package tour business of different destinations mainly the hot tourism points of Himachal Pradesh,this company was formed in 2009 and till 2016 the turnover of this company achieved 1.50 crore mark. It was a very healthy sign of success and growth according to a small town like Manali in this sector. You can say it is a top ten companies in this town in its class (Travel Agencies). The net increase YOY basis was around 50% every year since its inception.
Similarly the same era happened in the Sarthak Resorts. Capacity enhancement of this unit was continued. From the year 2009 to 2013 Sarthak Resorts enhanced his capacity from Thirty Five Room to Fifty Five Rooms. Accordingly if we analysis the financials of Sarthak Resorts, the YOY growth from 2005 to 2013 is around 50% per year. Now-a-days Sarthak Resorts having a huge clients list including the big houses of this sector like: makemytrip.com, yatra.com, Thomas Cook, Cox and Kings, Veena World, Travel Guru, Clear Trip, Via, Expedia, Agoda, Booking.com, Ezeego1.com and many more. It is the conclusion of a hard work and consistency,and then they succeed to touch the new highs. Now the acceptance of challenges and successfully wining is the habit of Mr. Budhi Parkash.
Finally they continued the vision and formed a new company known as Himalayan Bulls Pvt. Ltd., especially formed for promoting and exploring more scopes from the tourism sector. They formed this company with the objectives of air transportation services like Charter services, package tours, adventure tours, heli ski etc.Started the Non Scheduled charter flights in 2014 as main co ordinator on belahf of Deccan Charter Pvt Ltd,Bangalore.In 2014 with base at Kullu airport with Cessna Grand Caravan 8 seater charter aircraft from 2nd April to 31st July 2014 with more than 2000 passenger but get a heavy losses
Next year due to heavy losses in 2014 we started Non Scheduled operation through our company Himachal Holidays Pvt Ltd and started operation from 22nd April 2015 and closes 25th June 2015,during this period more than 1600 passenger carried by us in same sector Kullu-Chandigarh-Kullu.Again 3rd year in 2016 due to non availability of aircraft we could not start the operation in time but lastly we got the aircraft from IIC Technologies Ltd a Hyderabad based company on 5th May 2016 and started operation on 29th May 2016 and closes on 10th July 2016.This year we did this operation with base at Chandigarh international airport with same sector Chandigarh-Kullu-Chandigarh and introduced a new sector Chandigarh-Shimla-Gagal and back. From 11th June 2016,But due to no load on Shimla-Gagal we have to close this and kept Chandigarh-Kullu,Kullu-Chandigarh,Chandigarh-Shimla and Shimla –Chandigarh with low load.
According to the above story it is very clear the promoter of this company has bashed experience and a huge portfolio of clients (domestic and international) of tourism sector and the success of previous two projects witnesth the same.
The trade & tourism Fair participated and attending to promote tourism in Himachal Pradesh as under.
1.Youth Seminar on Tourism organized by International Youth Hostel Federation in 2004 at Singapore and selected by Youth Hostel Licensee hostel in India.
2. Every year from 2006 onwards attending & participating in Tourism & Travel Fair till dates i.e. TTF,IITM ITM,SATTE and so many other travel bazaar.
3. Conference on Integrated Tourism Development in Northern India organized by CITCO Chandigarh on 21st May 2013 at Hotel Shivalik View Chandigarh through invitation as a member of IATO.
4. Asian Travel Forum from 14th to 23rd January 2014 at Kuching,Malaysia.
5. Arabian Travel market 2014 from 5th May to 8th May 2014 at Dubai.
6. Thailand Travel Mart Plus from 3rd June to 7th June 2014 at Bangkok,Thailand.
7. 3rd International Tourism conclave & Travel Awards (ITCTA),27th & 28th September 2014,at Shimla,Himachal Pradesh.
8. Since 2006 we are participating in Travel Trade fairs which are organized in India.
9.In August 2014 Elected Vice President of Manali Hoteliers Association,Manali.
10.In 2016 Nominated Chief Adviser to Him-Anchal Taxi Operator Union Manali.
11.On 21st July 2016,Dr Arvind Yadav,Managing Editor (Indian Languages) Yourstory.com,a company based at Bangalore came to take the interview and on 22nd July 2016 morning was the great day for me as they will publish my story in13 Language to inspire others.
