About Me

I think I'm an really open minded and sociable person. What I really like about travelling is to meet different people with different experiences in life and to exchange these experiences with them. When I travel, I prefer beeing with locals and to learn about their local habbits and traditions.

After finishing school in Germany I also studied in Germany. After graduating in summer 2018 I decided to join a private project from people I know from Germany in Nkhata-Bay in Malawi. I also started my own projects there. It was about a gathering with the Women Association and to participate on their village banking. My intention was to exchange experiences with these women in themes like women empowerment, environment and healthy nutrition. I also tought economics at a Secondary School.

After travelling through South-East-Africa I'm looking for further education in Germany. During this time I want to travel through some European countries I wasnt before.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I think it is an interesting way to meet people and to connect with them. It's a really nice experience to meet new and foreign people because its a nice opportunity to develop friendships and maybe also networks in different countries and all over the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

I'm really interested in all kind of psychology and philosophy books. My most favorite authors are for example Hermann Hesse, Goethe and I also appreciate Hannah Arendts theories and writings. Im also interested in books about environment, post economy, social and political themes and also biographies about people who inspire me.

Besides reading I also love to make different kinds of sport in a group or also for my own and I also like to paint and to draw. Aditionally my most favorite art genres are abstract and surrealistic art.

I love to listen to different kinds of music and to discover new artists and albums. Right now I enjoy to listen to several artists from Mali like Fatoumata Diawara and Toumani Diabete. Right now I try to learn to play the guitar and some orher instruments.

Teach, Learn, Share

I think it's important to know how the structures in our economies are and how we can influence things that happen in politics and in economies. This knowledge is also very important in all kinds of activism.
