I am an adventurer from Latvia, currently roaming around New Zealand for a new chapter of my life. Been working as an adventure travel guide, where I've broadened my perspective about the world, cultures, people. I'm very open-minded and generally creating meaningful experiences for myself and people around me. Life is full of things to explore and every new person I meet shows me a part of it. At the moment my goal is to travel New Zealand and improve my adventure sport skills and qualifications.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

First of all, this is a perfect opportunity to explore new places from local perspective instead of a really narrow tourist prism.

And second, I love making meaningful connections which may inspire me for some future pursuits, and also I enjoy unlocking a new perspective for people I meet on the way as well.

I can teach how to juggle or walk slackline. Keen on jamming on a guitar. I'm learning to surf, so if you have some skills, I would love to catch some waves together. Sharing crazy adventure stories - let's go, I have a bunch

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can be a great companion for a hiking trip or a late evening talk. I tend to find an opportunity for an adventure anywhere. Also, any help with housework, shopping or cooking needed, need for an extra peron for a board game night, sure, call me in! :)
