Hi! My name es Esly Sofía Martínez, and I am from Mexico City. Most people call me Esly, but if I don't really know you... I might ask you to call me Sofia, so that remembering me will be a lot easier!

I am 22 years old and on my way of discovering this awesome world God has created with so many beautiful cultures and amazing food.

I like reading, traveling, sports, meeting new people and cultures, and beautiful sunsets. It could be safe to say that I am a sunset chaser... I feel a deep connection with the Artist behind such amazing colors!!

♥️I am a student of Environmental System Engineering in Mexico city. I love the earth and its history and I mix it with my passion for traveling. I practice scuba diving, yoga and hiking and I always looking for new things to learn.

I am currently living in KL, Malaysia as I am in an exchange program!! Because of that, I am having the chance to travel around southeast asia and I am loving it so far!!

When I go to a new place I like to try to feel the local experience, that is, talking with locals and eating their food! Food tours are a MUST for me, since they are a way to express so much the local culture! I like asking lots of questions and hearing people's stories.

I am a follower of Jesus Christ and therefore believe that God and His love are what sustain the world! I hope I can love as much as God does, so you will always find a safe space with me to talk and exchange ideas in love and truth! I think sharing opinions are enriching and what make the world a better place if we are willing to listen and learn :)

I am in couch surfing for the experience of meeting local peoples and find friends in other parts of the world!! I think that is the true treasure while traveling and the app is an excellent platform to do so!

If you stay with me... Well I am your host! I will try to make the experience as enjoyable as possible!! I know what it is to be in big cities, like Mexico, so I will give you all the tips that you need to know to get around. Once you know a few things, Mexico City, won't seem as such a big monster!

Food wise... You are in for a treat!! I will take you and recommend the MUST places to have a taste of the real Mexican flavors. I guarantee you will love it!!
