About Me
Very difficult exercise to talk about yourself in a few lines.
A short life can still have been very intense. I think this is my case, even if it is
This will be a very short introduction just to give you a overall idea and briefly answer your curiosity : after many years of studying and working abroad, moving from an European big city to another several times, I decided in 2015 to settle in Brussels where I finished my studies and started to take time for myself and learned a lot about me. Enjoying for the first time some spared time, I started to actively make the world better by being active as a volunteer or even paid in different organisations.
In 2017, it felt Brussels was too big and I needed to focus on one field, so I could not help it and moved again. This time back to France, in a smaller city called Niort, as a French teacher for migrants.
This was very challenging for me to settle back in France after all these years abroad. After one year I quit my job and this is how, from August 2018, I started traveling. I multiplied the Woofing exeriments in Portugal and Indonesia. I thought I was going to settle in Indo but life had other plans for me...
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I hope discovering countries, places, cities, people thanks to locals and not especially in touristic ways.
It fills my heart to get to know people with so beautiful hearts and qualities all over the world, independently of the distance and the differences. It even helps me staying strong when, rarely, I loose a bit of hope that we will make the world better.
I really appreciate the concept of Couchsurfing enabling to meet people as they are, to give as best as possible and to take what there is to take from the experiment.

Music, Movies, and Books
From Classical music to Egyptian Project, Groundation, Sanséverino, Buena Visa Social Club, I. Maalouf, Gramatik, Diabate, John Lee Hooker, Noir Désir Brel to Dhafer Youssef
I read a lot ! Marguerite Yourcenar, Jack London, Barbery, Amin Maalouf, N'diaye, Kafka, Stanner, Tolstoï. There are so many brillant authors.
Dance is one of my ways to express my feelings and communicate : mainly on latine music, Salsa, Brazilian music but "oriental" vibes welcomed : can't help to move on North African or Middle East musics, Eastern Europa ("travelers' musics").
My body moves on its own on musics and "understands" rythms. I played piano because I love classical music.
Nowadays I have been more playing in a group of Brazilian percussions "Batucada".
