About Me

I'm Natalia a Colombian girl with the intention to know culture and people who live around the world
I really enjoy hiking, listening folklor music from different countries, but also (rock, reggae, afro, post punk music)and I love practicing extreme sports and taste local food.
I studied Sociology and this will be my second trip abroad.
I learned English for more than 2 years so I'm willing to practice the language with local people.
Also I want to express that I enjoy the different expressions of art, I'm amateur in different areas, but one of my goals is to learn as much as I can about painting or create things with natural sources.
I believe that dance will be therapeutic, so this will be a perfect activity to do everywhere.
If you know more about me, you can follow me in Instagram @spacetrip0

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Hi everyone!
My name is Natalia, I'm 28 years old. I create my profile when I did my first solo trip to Europe in 2018. I could know different countries like France, Belgium, Germany and a Part of Holland. I was there for more than one month and this experience gave me a lot of learning.

Now, it's 2024 and I am going to start a trip for USA. I will stay in Miami, Cleveland and Annapolis por a couple of months. I will so grateful if I can know some local people and also if I could improve my english with some of you. I'm willing to do different activities, hang out, looking around nature and enjoy time with new people.

Interests

The interest in the life is learn as much as possible with music, people, experiences, etc.

Music, Movies, and Books

One of the last book I read was "El olvido que seremos" from Hector Abad Faciolince and the other one is " "El peligro de estar cuerda" from Rosa Montero. These books are fantastic for me, but I have a longer list with other kinds of books that we could share

Movies: I'm going to talk about the genres of movies that I enjoy the most that are fantasy, sci-fi, nature and drama movies

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One of the best thing that I've learned is to play drumbs in a Batucada in Bogota @Barbukana_Batucada. This was my first experience with instruments. The best things that happen there are that you could share with people and everyone grow up as musician, also, you dance when you are playing drumbs and learn some technical things and theater
