Hey! My name is Luísa and I'm Brazilian but I currently live in Poitiers, France. I'm there studying political sciences at Sciences Po. I really love traveling and discovering new people and new places, and that's why I decided to come study abroad! I'm very easygoing and talkative, but also know how to respect one's privacy if they want it. I'm usually traveling alone, so I'm used to it - but also wouldn't deny some company if you want to!

I love people! I love discovering new ways of living, sharing stories, and having a good time with nice people. Traveling alone can be a bit lonely sometimes, so it is always good to be around nice people, even if it's just to have a cup of tea in the morning or a beer in the afternoon. I am going to Biarritz soon so I'd love to have a couch to sleep in and share a good time :)

I like a bit of everything! I love indie rock, like Arctic Monkeys, electronic music (RIP Avicii), or some french alternative bands (La Rue Kétanou, Fréro Delavega, ZAZ) - and, of course, latin music such as reggaeton and funk! My favorite TV shows are Orange is The New Black, Gossip Girl, Blindspot. For books, i'm currently reading "Un, personne, et cent mille" (it's just amazing! look for it if you don't know it).

I just came back from a 40 day volunteer program in the border between Mexico and the United States giving humanitarian aid for migrants!
