Hi y’all! My name’s Alex and I’m from Austria. I moved to Sydney at the beginning of the year and I’m honestly so glad that I took this choice to go down under before I’ll start uni when I go back home.( which I probably only start in two year because I‘m applying for my second year visa right now!) But for now, I just want to use my time, find out more about myself, what I’m passionate about, make memories and meet people from all over the world. I sadly haven’t had the chance to host someone because I live together with my host fam but I would love to couch surf so that I can meet new people and/ or even become friends ☺️

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think couch surfing is such a cool experience and I’m still young and independent so you never know where your next place is going to be and just saying yes is a great thing which I learned from the guys of Yes Theory!

Music, Movies, and Books

I’m open minded when it comes to music, but most of the time I’m listening to indie/rock. Love being on the dance floor all night long even tho I wouldn’t say that I’m a good dancer haha. Soul surfer is one of the most inspiring movies of all time - change my mind I‘m recently reading Steph‘s and Laura‘s book about Keep it Cleaner! It‘s all about value of life, accepting yourself as you are, etc

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Once I went paragliding in Salzburg. It was pretty amazing since I‘m scared of heights.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can try to teach you some german phrases or we can just go out to Munich Brauhaus to have some beers. I learned how to play the piano myself so I can help you with that but I could need some help with playing the guitar 🎸
