I am the one from a small country in the heart of Europe, Slovakia...

...hoping to see as much of this world as possible in one lifetime! You know that moment when you are visiting a new country or a new city and you just.... breath it all in and with that breath you just take it all in... that you...you specifically... are at that very place at that very time... and it is new and exciting and thrilling and surreal... well, those moments are one of the reasons I love travelling and visiting places... these little moments of realization how precious everything is when we take it all in!

I am currently pursuing my bachelor's degree in Arts and Culture Studies in Netherlands but trying to visit other cities and countries every once in a while! These studies and the decision to leave my home country and start to live alone from the age of 19 were one of the best things I have achieved in this lifetime so far...

My curious mind is looking for other curious minds... so let's be curious together, teach one another, provide each other with laughter and company and let's immerse ourselves in what the surroundings have to offer.... in other words, let's explore through both - the lens of the native and the lens of the foreigner... that is what makes travelling magical!

Looking for the authenticity of the culture I am visiting. I want to explore the places I visit as one of the inhabitants, seeing the raw truth rather than visiting as one of the tourists, seeing only what the catalouge wants me to see.

Art is a huge part of my life. I have a sweet tooth, so I love to bake. Meeting new people and seeing new places gives me so much energy I could burst. Loving excitement. Always trying new things.

What I listen to really changes like the weather for me. It depends on the mood I'm in. But I'm always in for some indie rock-pop. And of course the classics as The Beatles, Pearl Jam, Rolling Stones etc. Reading books and getting lost in a story is what I really love doing. Murakami is my all time favourite author. And movies? I'll watch everything, but the story can't get boring, otherwise I am not able to sit and be still for 2 and more hours.

Packed all my stuff right after I had graduated from High School and took a flight to Norway, where I stayed for 2 months. Found freedom, peace and courage. And somehow, that was everything.

I can teach you how to appreciate the little things in our lifes. Maybe also a few chords on a guitar. Love pasta, so I have a few amazing recipes under my sleeve. I want to learn Spanish and how to bake the best macaroons. I can share the awesome Slovak music with you.
