This year, I will be traveling extensively throughout Europe, immersing myself in different cultures. As part of this journey, I've decided to start 'Cooking for My Hosts’ project.
Typically, whenever I visit a new city, I love to explore the local supermarkets to discover how local habits vary. Recently, it struck me that using local ingredients to prepare East Asian dishes could be a fun challenge. The limitations of the ingredients might even spark some creative new recipe ideas.

It would be great if we could swap recipes. If you're not much of a cook, a simple drink recipe would be fine too!
