In 2017, I had the brilliant idea to quit my job and set off on a two-year world trip. During this adventure, I was lucky enough to experience many cultures in 23 countries, which I’m incredibly grateful for. Before and after this journey, I’ve also explored many other places, always living by the motto: “Let your heart be your compass.”

After returning to Germany, I eventually settled in Vienna, Austria in August 2019, a city I love for its high quality of life, my work that I’m passionate about, and meeting the love of my life.

Interests

Travel is one of my biggest passions. There's so much out there of the world to experience - different cultures, breathtaking landscapes, wildlife and people from all walks of life.

I enjoy both exploring great cities and lovely nature. I also travel for seeing "exotic" animals, which we do not have in Europe 🐢🐘🐒🐨 one of my favorite hobbies is diving. Seeing turtles (my favorite animal) in the Philippines, Australia, Cuba and Mexico has fulfilled a big dream.

Moreover, I am a foodie but I am vegetarian 🌱 so it comes as no surprise that traveling as a vegetarian can be very challenging in some countries!

I love to see how other cultures eat and dance! Food and music is the best way to interact with people if you can't speak each other's language, and getting involved is the best way to show your appreciation.

My last point: I absolutely love watching sunrises and sunsets because the colors the sun creates against the sky can be truly amazing. It also give us a better sense of gratitude for the earth. Every single one is different. That, to me, is pretty incredible.
