Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm on Couchsurfing because I like gettingto know people from othercultures and the way they view the world. Whenever I travel I try to understand the local culture, not just go sightseeing.

Interests

It might sound weird, but I have an interest in everything. I love reading books on various topics and I've tried many hobbies, like calligraphy, mantis breeding, sculpting, drawing, rock climbing, mountain climbing, yoga, bird watching, windsurfing, skiing, unicycling, photoshoot posing, and you name it. I'm not a specialist in any of these (In fact I'm super bad at most of them) but we'll probably find some common ground since I am easily fascinated by any topic.

I'll enjoy talking with you about science, art, nature, ethics, books, language, culture, future of humanity. Discussing abstract ideas and visions as well as cultural and language differences is my thing.
