Having suffered from a severe case of wanderlust most of my life, I've lived on four continents. But now I'm back in the Mother City – Cape Town, South Africa – more or less permanently.

I enjoy an active outdoor lifestyle and spend much of my free time climbing, mountain biking or trail running. I'm also an avid photographer and enthusiastic reader.

I could stay in a hostel, hotel or Air BnB, but I'd prefer to couch surf, meet some locals (especially those with similar interests) and buy (or cook) them dinner as a way of saying thanks. I can also offer interested travelers a couch in Cape Town... and a guide if they want to sample the local rock or trails.
