Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Just to be clear, for me CS it's not hosting people or give a space or bed it's a Human experience.. if u have on mind just to come to simply spend time with a local please do not request me...

I'm here to connect and to really know the others I'm not looking for ppl to just come and go as if this was a free home to safe money..

Many of the request are short or simplistic and honestly feel like a draft or preset request.

I'm very open and lovely but I will not host if I see u are desperate for a home. This is my house and temple..And "I am" the experience...not low vibes allowed

Abajo lo aclaro pero tengo solo 1 regla. Nadie puede quedar en casa si no estoy, no dejo llave y vivo solo por lo que es complejo ya que mi horario de salida usual es a las 10pm.

Para mi gente latina que no habla ni entiende ingles.
Soy una persona sencilla y llevadera, no me gustan los lujos ni la pretensión. Respeto a tu opinión en todo y la valoro así que espero que también seas sincer@ en el momento que no te sientas comod@ en mi casa o con la manera en la que vivo,dilo. Para mi esa sinceridad es clave a la hora de aceptar en mi casa a todos. Nunca he tenido una mala experiencia pero si situaciones muy incomodas por falta de comunicación. Si solo estas de paso y necesitas un lugar por una noche, si te paso algo y crees firmemente como yo que dormir soluciona un cabreo, dilo. Soy tu igual, recuerda. He recibido surfers en distintas cantidades y condiciones, con muchos de ellos forjo amistades fuertes. Estoy aquí para ayudar pero también para compartir, para escuchar si necesitas hablar pero también para que se escuche lo que tengo que decir.
El tiempo es lo mas valioso en la vida, el tuyo y el mio.
Mi agenda no es tan flexible actualmente porque tengo 2 trabajos uno presencial otro en casa, lo que me demanda mucho tiempo y atención.

Hay días sin tanto que hacer y podemos parkear y hablar. Hay semanas q son pesadas y aunque hay por ejemplo problemas con el flujo del agua( no hay de día solo después de las 4pm/7pm) siempre tengo un tanque de reserva para sobrevivir más comodo por lo que ocupo q seas una persona limpia y ordenada que mínimamente se preocupe por dejar su cuarto como lo encontró .

Usualmente me levanto temprano incluso en domingos, guardare silencio si estas durmiendo a menos que necesite salir.

Tengo una regla de ORO y es que nadie puede quedar en casa si yo debo irme. La casa no es solo mia y para evitar un momento incomodo con mi familia no la puedo romper.
Vivo solo asi que fuera del orden y la limpieza como base para vivir en comunidad, no hay mas reglas.

After all my Cs experiencies i learn that the times to share with couchsurfers could be the most value moment you can share with other human(s).

Im pretty open to know other but for me what counts more is that you really want to know how the things are here (cause i want the same from you), that the fact that you just want a place to spend a night or 2.

So my first rule its to try to be honest when you request.

Actually im really busy with my Graduation Proyect and i dont have time to hang out, but im here at home and of course we can share if im not really really busy.
I have connections and info about tours, sites, and things to see, here in david and all around the province.
Finally im in Cs because its change my perspective since the first day because leads me to understand better my inner world as individual and my outter world as a citizen of this earth.

What I Can Share with Hosts

First!, no one can stay at home if i need to go out or leave for a day, my house is not just mine i try to avoid uncomfy moments with my familly.

A queen bed, kitchen, tours, a quiet place to sleep, Spanish lessons and info about good spots where to go.

the bathroom is shared

Please dont throw your backpack and unpack everything like a kid.

For me its important to keep eveything clean and in order because i just can take one day per week to clean all my house (sundays)

You can use the kitchen as much as you need it or want it. but leave the stuff as you find it.

we can cook together but if your budget its not big and you just have to eat by yourself for me its ok.

Finally i live alone so you will and have your own room, theres no mom and dad here so you can feel free to be yourself like at home but do not take advantage of my open mind.
