Hello my name is João, im from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, but when i was a kid i moved to Belo Horizonte, the famous BH 😅. On the middle of 2018 i won a scholarship to study in China for 6 months and was the best experience in my life. I learn a lot of new things, not only chinese, and made friends from around the world.Now i return to BH with a lot of stories and experiences to share with my friends and my guests!
I'm a very happy guy always smiling!😃I'm currently working in Brazil. I like to play soccer, video games maybe do some climbing and biking as well. Meeting new people is my hobby and it's not so hard to make friends😀. I think travelling is the way to learn something new and I'm in love with it. After 5 years without vacation, Im returning to Couchsurfing now (2024) to live again the experiences that i lived and loved in the past 😊!

As I've mentioned travelling is one of them. Another one is music. I love funk music and rap as well. I love Red Hot Chilli Peppers. I love sports but hate gym 😂, now I practice CrossFit and Jiu Jitsu 😃.
