About Me

I'm a french girl, studying in Lausanne in Switzerland. I just finished my Masters in Life Sciences Engineering during which I will specialize in computational neurosciences. After having tones of international experencies during the course of my studies : one year exchange in Stockholm, six month project in Boston, part of the international association at my school back in Switzerland… I can’t imagine not meeting new people from around the world and discovering new cultures. I like to challenge myself in sports or by going out of my comfort zone in my social life and traveling is my favorite way to do so. I also love outdoor activities such as hiking, camping or climbing.

Music, Movies, and Books

I have to admit that I probably read the Harry Potter saga 4 times and I'm still enjoying it. I even tried to read them in Swedish. Else I love historical and suspense books such as the “Berlin Noir” trilogie from Philip Kerr. Right now I’m reading “The Pillars of the Earth” from Ken Follett.
I love all kind of movies except maybe when they are as we say it in French “films d'auteurs" which means a little too philosophical for me. I also love all kind of TV shows (preferencially when they are on Netflix) and I spend way too much time binge watching...

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Going to Tyresta park by bus (a national park 1 hour away from Stockholm), we took the wrong bus and end up in the complet wrong direction. A friend of us was waiting there and we still needed to go back all the way. We decided to hitchhick not really believing in it and ... the first car stoped after 10 seconds and drives us all the way to where we wanted to go. Thanks swedish people!

Teach, Learn, Share

Being part of the association welcoming international students at my university, I loved techies new students funny idiomes from French ;) as well as learning them in their language of course!!

What I Can Share with Hosts
