I am from Quebec, Canada. I love travelling and learning about the world. I am always up for a night of fun, but am generally a pretty quiet person. I can't wait to make new friends around the world and learn about new cultures and places.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am on couchsurfing because I want to make some friends abroad, learn with them, practice languages and visit places I probably wouldn't find without a local to help me out. I am always willing to help. Wether it be dishes or a bit of cleaning it'll be my pleasure to help out if necessary.

Interests

I love nature: hiking, camping or just enjoying a nice beach, whatever it is, count me in. I love cooking and food in general. Maybe I can cook a meal for you or we can cook together! Lastly I would say language is another big interest of mine! I am perfectly fluent in French and English. My Spanish is functional and I can manage some Mandarin. I love to practice and am open to learning other languages!

Music, Movies, and Books

I like all kinds of music. I'll listen to everything from Jazz to electro! As for books, I like learning from them as well as being just generally entertained by a good story. Adventure books are some of my favorites though. With movies I like to experiment and learn about new genres. Be warned though, I get really tired if I'm put in front of a TV in general.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

One amazing thing I've done in the past years was hicking an unrestored section of the great wall of China in December. The hike was challenging but well worth it. We brought our backpacks along as well. We were exhausted when we finished but met up with a Couchsurfing friend and had a great meal!

Teach, Learn, Share

I hope we can share good travel stories as well as a good time! I love to learn about local cuisines or just something new to me in general. I love to swap travel stories and share photos, food and time with new people!

What I Can Share with Hosts

As I said in one of the previous sections, I am willing to help with home tasks if necessary. As well I can offer my couch when you come to my city!
