Hi! My name is Catherine, I’m 22.
Actually I came from another country- Ukraine, where I lived almost twenty years. 2,5 years ago I decided come to USA and try to live here by myself. I'm communication person, always open to new friends, opportunities and new places. Sunshine inspiring girl

I’m interested dance ( I dance whole my life, also have some awards), last year I started to do Figure Skating and now prepare to my first competition, drawing (my major - graphic design, wherever would I go i always have my sketchbook with me) computer science, music. Couple of my friends study for programming /computer development, I started look on them and noticed that computer science is so interesting. Well I began my self-education in HTML and day by day this is more and more fascinatingly. So now I'm thinking about take some courses or even go to university and study computer development.

I have bucket list things to do and places to go, every my birthday I have challenge for myself to try something new what I wished for a long time or go to new places. My 21st b-day I made my dream - reality: I saw sunrise with my friends on the Atlantic ocean 's beach, we slept in tent and I DID SURFING! My 22nd b-day I went with my friends to Niagara Falls for a first time and took helicopter tour. (Anyway I believe that doesn’t matter where you are if you don’t have your best people with you) Happiness is better if you someone to share it with.

I think that Couchsurfing it's the best way to find new friends, meet new people who also love traveling and of course cultural exchange. Such an awesome, that we have opportunity come to new city/country and in advance have friends which is live there and can advice you what you have to see there, where to go and what things to do. Travel like a local.
