About Me
[ I’m sorry but right now we’re not hosting due to the fact that we’re living in the village at my relatives’ house with them, but very soon we’ll host again woohooo! ]
Hi! We are a family of two (me and my husband): curious about the world, positive and hospitable!
I am originally from Abkhazia, it’s a truly hidden gem, situated between Georgia and Russia on the Black Sea coast. We moved to Tbilisi with my husband two years ago, it’s not our last destination probably, but for now we’re here and we want to interact with so many interesting ppl from CS!
And I’m a craaazy fan of languages! I speak 5 languages on different levels, currently learning French, and urging to practice it with anyone who doesn’t get mad waiting for me to formulate phrases🙈
I’m a beginner traveller and I absolutely love it! Moreover I love “travelling” with my Couchsurfing guests! I learnt so much about people and cultures thanks to my lovely surfers from all over the world, which makes me an open-minded and knowledgeable person✨
The thing that makes me feel fulfilled, except teaching English(which is my passion), is helping homeless cats to find their homes 🏡 And I also love helping people when I am able to. Being a nature lover, I am trying to produce less waste and I'm strongly against animal testing and any other kind of animal abuse(but I'm not a vegetarian, though I eat meat rarely).

Music, Movies, and Books
as for music-believe me, I can listen to anything, but if it comes to Russian modern songs-no way, don't even try to turn it on. I DON’T listen to Miyagi, his songs r cringy, but my foreign surfers think it’s the hypest artist😅
Talking about movies-I do love drama. My fav to-cry drama movie is "Atonement", and I highly recommend it to you!
Well....books....my fav one is "Divine Comedy". It took me many many months to read it, but I love it!
What I Can Share with Hosts
Clean rooms, hospitality, city tours (if we’re free) and anything else we can help you with!
My favourite places to visit in Tbilisi:
Narikala Fortress
Mtatsminda(you can hike there from Narikala or just take a bus from city centre)
Chronicles of Georgia
Puppet show at Gabriadze Theatre(12:00 and 19:00 every day)
