Hi! I am Farid, I was born and raised in Colombia. I moved to the Netherlands after high school to start my bachelor in Biomedical Research in Nijmegen, but I currently live close to Arnhem (Netherlands). I like to travel but unfortunately I do not have a gold mine, so it does not happen as often as I would like. People often describe me as a very outgoing, enthusiastic, honest, funny and hard working person. Some of my hobbies include going out, dancing (specially in couple💃🕺), doing lots of sports, casual gaming (PC and some consoles), watching anime 👾 and keeping myself busy with uni, sport associations and volunteering for stuff.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like to travel and would like to meet locals and have a nice time together!
I am planning to visit Amsterdam with a friend from Colombia during the Christmas holiday!

DANCING: Salsa, bachata, kizomba, ballroom (standard and latin)
Gaming: Board games, drinking games and videogames.
Cooking: I know special dishes from Colombia (++), Peruvian, Mexican, Dutch, Lebanese(++), some Spanish and French basics.
Handicrafts: knitting, drawing, acrylic painting, carving and a bit of sculpting.
Fitness and Sports: Most experienced in gym (xd), swimming, bouldering, gymnastics, MMA, ballroom dancing, pole dancing, running and football.
