Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I actually discovered Couchsurfing from my bestfriend. I learned from her that this app is more than staying in a stranger’s place rather, it is a platform to establish more meaningful connections with these very hospitable locals who you can share common interests and exchange cultural diversities with. Aside from that, I believe that Couchsurf gives opportunity to backpackers to have an in-dept understanding of how it is to live like a local and I’m very much looking forward to have that one of a kind experience to share with my host.

Music, Movies, and Books

My taste in music varies on my mood actually. Sometimes I can go from Jazz to Deep House music and lots of genres in between. I really don’t discriminate some genre over the other because different music calls for me at certain times. As for movies, I really like those “Inception” kind of movies which makes me to think deeper all throughout the movie, that is why when it comes to series, my most favorite series of all time is Black Mirror. It’s definitely a mind blow every.single.episode. Take my word for it! For books, I love to read self-help, spiritual and motivational books. These books keep me grounded and they always shift my mind and mood to think positively. My most favorite book of all time is The Secret 💡

What I Can Share with Hosts

As they say, travelling feeds the soul and with this, I believe time is one of the most valuable thing one can offer to someone as you travel and discover places in a foreign land. Aside from that, I can also bring some Filipino snacks so that my host can have a taste of Philippines 😁
