About Me
Welcome to my profile. I have to options now: I can either bore you with irrelevant data about me or be ironic. Maybe I should have read a web article about 'ten tips to improve your Couchsurfing profile'. But I know by experience that studying for an exam doesn't usually make up for the result.
Why then, if it's almost impossible to success in my grade? (due to an old and inadequate methodology that persists in my university). Because I know there's a chance to change it. Maybe I'll suffer it, but I can help other people in my same situation by being innovative (organising useful classes for younger students, writing good manuals for the subjects,...). You can complain about your life or you can try to change it. It might not be easy, there's no formula to succeed, but the other option is accepting being a victim of your circumstances.
Oh, I haven't been ironic yet... Well... Forget what I've just said. Uh... I'm studying that grade because it's cool! Planes and stuff. An Engineer is just 'a persons that has forgotten more formulas than any other person has ever learnt'. We're kind of... Assholes.
The sad thing about it is that I don't have much time for other things that make the world better. I love acting, and I'm playing in a theater company. Theater is not playing in front of the public, it's a way to get the courage to let your feelings show and understanding other people's feelings. Not just the playwright's but also the way the other actors feel. It is learning how to talk to people being true. And losing the fear to showing yourself as you are.
I also play guitar and bass. I've played in a few concerts and open mic sessions. Art and engineering have a lot to do, (as Von Kármán wrote): 'Scientists discover the world that exists; engineers create the world that never was'. But If you don't have feelings (music, plays, literature) to fill that world... Then, it is useless.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
The same reason that makes me read. You only have one life, and meeting people and learning from them is the only way to know as much as if you had several lifes. Also, by experience I know that a lot of art and music from many countries is not widely known, but might be interesting to know it.

Music, Movies, and Books
There's much I haven't read. But I really liked Hermann Hesse's Demian, Child's Heart, Klingsor's last summer. Kafka's Metamorphosis and short tales. Valle-Inclán's Sonatas and Bohemian Lights. Almost everything Shakespeare has written.
Any kind of music. I can learn from every music gender.
My favourite film: One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest (or maybe Fight Club,... Not sure). Also Silence of the Lambs; the Midnight Express; Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri; and the Graduate.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Spring. It's just perfect.
Teach, Learn, Share
Wide knwoledge about the alternative and underground world in my city. Good suggestions for places to visit in orden to discover Seville's cultural world. Eg concerts, jam sessions, music pubs, art expositions, museums, historic buildings, literature-related places, theaters, cinemas,...
Nice talks about pretty much everything you want. Especially about theater and the role of people in the world. If I know nothing about the subject matter, I'll just listen and learn from you.
I can try to help you with orbital flight problems, thermodynamics analisys, or fluid mechanic question. Wait... Is this LinkedIn or Couchsurfing?
