Hello I'm Bastián, from Chile. I am currently an Engeneering student at the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.

I like having conversations with new people and also going out to meet new places. I'm really open to hear new ideas or share mine with people that are interested in them. Why I’m on Couchsurfing

This semester i will be travelling to Italy to study as an exchange student at the Politecnico di Milano and i'll be travelling before and after class period. Searching tips for travelling i stumbled into couchsurfing. I really like the idea of getting to share time and know the culture with people that live in some of the places that im gonna visit. I've never been to Europe before so it's gonna be a completly new experience.

Music, Movies, and Books

My favourite band is Pearl Jam. I really like jazz, indie and classic rock, some funk por aquí, some classic por allá... And lately i've been listening more to actual pop music.

Movies that come instinctively to my mind are: The Matrix, Pulp Fiction, Gravity, Se7en, Spiderman, Léon and The Shining.

Books: And then there were none, Sophie's World, Do Androids Dream of Electric Sheep?, Steppenwolf, Siddhartha, Narcissus and Goldmund (I love Hermann Hesse)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Actually I can't thing of any. Once I travelled with a group of friends to the south of my country to "Torres del Paine", a beautiful park with amazing sights. But I don't think that counts as amazing. I feel I'll be filling this part during my trip in Europe.
