Overview
About Me
Love meeting new people and learning about new cultures. I am a friendly, outgoing, adventurous and relatively sporty person.
Studying HR at the University of Agder. I studied music in high school and I love music, concerts and art exhibitions.
I can unfortunately not host in Norway since I work and live in a hotel. But if you come to Kristiansand I'd be happy to give a city tour or recommend things to do/places to eat and drink :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am going to travel to the US summer 2019, and would like to sleep over on couches with "real" Americans :)
A few years ago I was Event Manager for ESN Agder and I really enjoyed meeting and helping out all the international students integrate and enjoy their stay in Norway. I’d like to help visitors in Kristiansand for an enjoyable stay!

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: practically anything, as long as it’s not too cheesy.
Movies: Atonement, Changeling, Marvel. Generally fond of docudrama and crime. However I’m easily entertained, so even if the movie ain’t my favorite genre I might still enjoy the evening!
Series: Westworld, GoT, Reign, Marvel Netflix, OA, Handmaids Tale, Kimmy Schmidt, Brooklyn 99. I particularly enjoy Nordic crime though!
Books: when I’m done studying I look forward to read some good books again! My all time favorite is Flowers for Algernon. I recommend it to everyone, and everyone who has read it say that they also loved it! Otherwise I love reading and learning about anatomy, psychology and Nordic crime.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Met five Englishmen on the bus home from school, and joined them hiking to the pulpit rock the next day. (Google “pulpit rock” - it’s an amazing hike!)
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach Norwegian culture and language. Otherwise I think that we always learn something new by having new encounters. Differences challenges world views which leads to learning - either a change of perspective, or knowledge of others’ perspectives :)
What I Can Share with Hosts
Good conversations. I might have some funny stories, and I’m a good listener.
