I plan to travel all alone to challenge myself a bit more and improve my English language (I have English family but I thought it would be easier to improve my language abroad). I want to be fascinating by cities I choose to visit and discover. To do so, I wish to meet interesting people and create friendship. While travelling I prefer let myself guided by the opportunities each country can offers. I always have an idea of something to do (art modern/archeological museums, lakes, parks, eat some local pastry while walking around and losing myself in off-road streets, sit in a bar tasting good local wine or beer and talking to people). Many friends of mine won't say that but I am a little bit shy. That's why using this only way (to sit in a bar and meet lovely people by chance) to meet local people might be counterproductive to create friendship.
Then here I am, discovering the CS spirit. My idea of accomodation is to be as much independent as curious. I like to talk about my experiences and knowledges only if there is a dialogue and an interaction. I am interesting to talk to people who have plenty things to tell about life experience and lessons learnt from it. In my opinion, that is share meaning.
I love simple things as a tasted coffee or watching a child in stroller (my parents lose me like this in Amsterdam when I was 6).
Whether I plan some things to do, I am flexible and aware of any advices to help me following my trip safe in the best rewarding way.

Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

I plan an Interrail trip with my backpack in march-april 2019 and I wish to meet local people in a way to discover Balkan lifestyle. As those are my first steps on CS and my departure is coming really soon, I am a little bit in a hurry to fix it all. Nevertheless I sincerely want to take time in each of the three Balkan cities I choose to stay to discover all local Balkans beauties. In my opinion, this is the only way to learn as much as possible about people and its culture and also to be able to host in return.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Erasmus in Roma knowing nobody, haven't got any Italian basic concepts (language, culture, administration), living with no French or English speakers (bresilian girls who was only speaking Portughese and was learning Italian) and following exclusively Italian law courses.

Was ich mit Gastgebern teilen kann

I can share my French way of life. At home, I am always ready to lend a hand to anything. Recently, my flatmate teached me how to sew a bag. The result is not really what I expected but now, I can say 'I know how to use a sewing machine'. Better than nothing. I love cooking meals with and/or for my siblings and friends. When I am sick of washing dishes while talking, dancing (sometimes singing but only when I am alone, do not worry), listening to music or cultural podcasts, I like to sit on a couch and read in peace.
I am not really a consumer person. I'd rather spend my money when It allows me to share with people than spend money without thinking. I am respectful of the/my environment (means people, way of life, ecology), easily and quickly adaptable and I expect my guests to be the same in return without being intangible.
Most of the time I walk around Paris. There is always some new places to discover and to be amazed with. Briefly I would say that I can offer my curiosity, knowledges and opinion, smile, vocal skills only if you insist as much as calm and discretion.
